After 17 years in hospice care, Crystal Jones was tired of watching people suffer. Her own path through chronic PTSD led her to ancient bodywork techniques that changed her life. Now she brings that same work to others.

17 Years of Understanding the Body
Crystal spent nearly two decades as a CNA in hospice care before becoming a practitioner. She knows what the body carries because she has spent her life listening to it.
